you can redeem the gift card at the payment page in jiomart app. Note that the gift card is one time use. Make sure to use the full balance in one transaction. Unused amount will be lost.

All items can’t be bought using jiomart gift card. Add what u want to cart see if payment option via gift card appears. Finalise amount then buy gift card

This is 100% correct. "one time use" are the keywords here unlike Amazon and Flipkart GCs which can be used till you exhaust the balance.
