I hold Wealth account with IDFC but I am not receiving reward points for making LPG payments on Amazon on my account however On my Mother's account which is IDFC bank normal saving account with Signature DC and Rupay sticker DC, I get reward points with some misses which I have to bring to IDFC notice.

Nope, I was expected amount to be reversed and paid extra to cover for it. But they didn't reverse.

My payment failed also. Refund takes 2 to 3 days.
