I want opening a new Indus saving account - Delight [zero balance]

Has anyone availed the "Titanium Delights Debit Card Fee Reversal Offer" [ 499 amount is reversed on min spend of 25K within 3months]

- for account opened from april-2024 onwards.

- as per the website - the offer period ended on 31March-2024
Yes, I have received the debit card annual fees back after spending the 25K in first 3 months of account opening.

1. Since, I am not a Indus customer, I am not able to call customer care nos [IVR: asks for bank registered mobile no]
2. NO response on email or twitter msgs.

Hello, I have opened Online savings account with IndusInd and opted for Delights debit card. While doing VKYC, the verification got failed due to some issues and was asked to visit nearby branch to complete the kyc process. Meanwhile my account was blocked for transactions.

I have done the kyc process in nearby branch and it has been resolved as well. Still I am not able to do any transactions to and pro in my account. Do you know when the freeze will be removed post kyc completion?

I already did my kyc in branch only as the vkyc got declined due to some issues. How the field verification takes place? Do I need to go to branch again or bank people will come to my home?
Bank se aayenge 3rd party wala log Bina bataye aapke address pr . Miss hua to account close hoga . Same mere sath hua tha last month fir last me account close ho gaya .
 
Hello, anyone tried using delite's debit card in Netflix mandate and got 5% cashback?

I am getting error after entering OTP during 3DS authentication and can't setup.
 
I am using this Indus delight savings account and mc titanium debit card for 1 year. There was no joining charge till now. Now there will be annual charge for the debit card ie 590 rupes

I got the banner while applying that special offer of Reversal of Issuance Fee of ₹499/- (Rupees Four Hundred Ninety Nine Only) charged for the first year of issuance.
Minimum Spends of ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) on Debit Card within first 3 (three) months of its issuance OR Maintain Average Monthly Balance of ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in the Account linked to the Debit Card for first 3 (three) months of issuance of Debit Card.

I completed my spending criteria. So I request you to reverse the Issuance Fee on my Titanium Delights Debit Card.

Firstly , the offer banner showing the dead line Upto March 2024
But, You got the refund for issuance charge after opening account in October, 2024.
Conclusion, the may be still valid and we may use it for our annual charge reversal .
Just, Need to send mail to nodal officer , ( may or may not work)
