After making payment in sbi unipay getting "request URL got" was rejected"

Transaction must've got failed, don't worry it will be reversed in 5-7 working days.

2. Enter your mobile number and select the date range of 6 months or today.
3. Generate the OTP, your transaction will show up, and you can download the PDF.

Made a similar payment for my HDFC bank credit card and faced similar issue.

Money was deducted but not credited to my credit card. Now my HDFC cc bill isn’t paid and waiting for money to be credited back 🥲

Yeah it not showing up for me though.. I checked before and it trnx was should reversed in couple of days and Canara Setu also faced loading issue with same axis cc I was trying to pay.

I suggest everyone use Canara Bank Setu, which is much clean and faster for CC payments using Debit Card. Unless there is any CC to CC left in SBI Unipay, avoid it

when i faced issue, i gave canara setu first try it hanged up on loading though.. then I switched to sbiunipay.. so it 50/50.. canara setu won't fail the trnx but won't go ahead with the OTP page either.

cant enter OTP, hitting OTP does nothing, tried that also since 4th, you also try, enter OTP and submit, nothing happens

Works fine for me, not sure what's causing issues lately. I did one cc bill yesterday around 12:15am on unipay, it went without any problems.

Yeah no update either had sent a email but no auto acknowledged either from sbiunipay side neither.

I am also on the same boat interestingly I made the payment on 4th Oct and on 6th I received the reward points on platinum debit card but payment is not reflected in the CC.
After putting the otp in the link https://customer.sbiunipay.sbi/CustomerPortal/agCustomerSupport , nothing happens no download or anything.

Same made payment on 4th, amount debited but not credited. No update from sbiunipay, not visible in transactions as well.
