After making payment in sbi unipay getting "request URL got" was rejected"

Everyone that used HDFC DC on Unipay should follow this process to get the quickest resolution for a refund.


1) Login to HDFC netbanking site, Scroll down to the last and click on the + sign that u will notice under quick links section, after which you will see a Need Help option > Contact Us > Online Dispute Resolution, you can login and follow next steps with some details autofilled and rest you have to fill yourself.

Or

2) Follow the below link and provide all the transaction details.

They will acknowledge and revert back in a day and your refund will be issued in max 4 days or even less even if the resolution time given is very long. If you have no transaction ID or anything, dont have to really provide anything.
Just check bank statement for merchant name and date of failed transaction.

I also experienced a failed transaction on SBI Unipay on October 7th while using my HDFC debit card. I reported the issue to HDFC through phone banking, and they raised a ticket for it. They informed me that the refund process would take 4-5 business days. I'll provide an update here once the refund is credited.
 
Don't use SBI UNIPAY. My money was blocked for more than a month. Fortunately, I had filed a chargeback claim on IndusInd DC - and got back the money through that.
 
After reading all replies in this thread, l feel there is need to explore other BBPS platforms offering utility MCCs for CC bill payments.

I am on the same boat (read this post very late or else i would have avoided using sbi unipay).

The amount was deducted but cc payment was not made. Transaction date was 15th oct.
Already sent an email to sbi unipay but no response/no auto acknowledged email from them.

I had used IDFC DC for making payment.

Please anyone faced this, can suggest the next step that i should do?

How many days will it take to refund? Do i need to call IDFC bank and raise the dispute for this transaction? Do i need to escalate to any sbi officer on another support email?

Wait 5-7 working days, transaction will be reversed automatically.

No need to worry... It would refund within 5 working days.
 
Anyone else also are also facing transaction failure on Canara setu and sbi unipay?

Even 1rs bill is failing on canara setu

I read they r tracking IP? Is it fact? Should we try changing IP or use other device or use laptop?
