Did Axis miss 2 reporting date for everyone?

Hi guys.
In my CIBIL report, Axis has not reported since 31st July. It missed 31st August and 30th September.
Is it same for everyone?

How/where do you check when every Bank reports to CIBIL and all the other agencies?
