It is an app which apparently lets you manage your credit card rewards all in one place and provide you tips to optimise spends and shows specific offers for each card. It seems like an Indian version of award wallet + more.

However I've not used it. Because you need to get a subscription (min 999 per year) to even see what the app looks like.

Yes, my friend is using it and very happy. It seems my friend also got expert consultations as a part of his subscription and says it's totally worth it. I'm skeptical since it involves upfront payment and so want to consult experts here. Their website does mention some very good investors though.

Same here. I downloaded the app yesterday to see the paywall upfront. I later got a call from one of their team members and they shared me a brochure and app demo video. They are planning to do a basic version of app available for free soon.

I and a few friends of mine were able to do it. Maybe you can speak to their team or contact them to see what the issue it.
 
Been using the free trial for last couple of days. It seems basic. I like how they have integrated the rewards and milestone benefits, offers specific to each card. However, the reward points are not fetched automatically and the UI is not so great. Perhaps if they improve the UI and the automatic fetch of rewards with proper reminders of deadlines for offers, lapse of rewards etc, there is a good use case here that I would be willing to pay
 
All my reward points were fetched automatically -both CC and loyalty. I'm not an expert on UI so can't comment but the current UI does the work for me.

Fully aligned - reminders on offer deadlines, rewards lapses would be good to have. I do get regular offer notifications though
