How to get addon card for Axis Magnus

Write a mail to PNO regarding the same stating the nearest Axis Branch full address and Add onn person's details in the mail.
-> ask them to send someone to the home to pick up the documents for the add onn.
-> if not also mention in the email that, please confirm that I can apply for Add onn via the Axis Branch mentioned above.

Once they revert with the approval or confirmation, show them the mail to the nearest branch. If they don't receive a positive reply in a month - try mailing the MD Cell.

p.s: without hassle, it is only possible when applying offline and the agent ticks the add onn checkbox.

I have axis burgundy account which is also my salary account (12 years old account). Have applied around 10 days back, no progress as of now. Have written to nodal officer too for add on, no progress there too. Will update if I get it.

High-five, I am on the same boat. I've been trying to get add-on card since I received Magnus. Things I have tried:
  • Asked customer care, 2 different helplines
  • Met 2 branch managers of different branches
  • Emailed to several email ID's, from PNO to Grievance
  • Asked someone I know who works at Axis, who initially helped me getting Magnus with CTC process easily
No success yet. The only option I haven't tried is going the RBI way 😪

Applied for Magnus online last week. VKYC link was not working, so an offline agent came for verification. At that time I asked for Add-on card along with my application. The agent took relevant documents for add-on. Card got approved next day and Card delivered in 2 days. However, upon delivery, I only received Primary card along with PP. No add-on card. Have emailed Axis, however I don't hope on getting it as I have no relation with the bank and I'm not opening a savings account there.
