Verification code issue for Axis Bank Mastercard cards in case of Samsung wallet and Google Pay

Hello, I have Airtel Axis Mastercard credit card and Axis online rewards debit card in Mastercard variant. Previously the cards were successfully added to Samsung wallet and Google Pay. But after factory resetting my phone when I try to add these two particular cards to those apps, the verification code is not coming. I have been trying for almost last two weeks. But this issue is not occurring for Axis visa cards or other bank cards. I contacted axis cc but they said there's no issue from their end. And they are literally clueless about adding cards to those apps. And yes, transaction OTPs are coming normally for those cards.

What might be the possible solution?

Alternative solution, delete the tokenize for these apps in bank side (somewhere in netbanking will redirect and show places where you tokenzied), also if not already enable tokenzied.
 
Nope. Messaged Axis multiple times on Twitter but they replied that there's no issue from their end. It seems that they are not interested in resolving this issue.
I was able to configure sbi cashback visa card. I suspect the issue is with MasterCard end. I tried Axis customer care and the person doesn't even know that credit card can be configured in that way. I also tried in CRED app and it was clearly showing only VISA cards in the tap to pay setup screen. Unfortunately I have moto mobile and no way to use samsung pay.

Yes, the issue is with mastercards. I also have an Axis Mastercard debit card and am facing the same issue with that. But visa cards can be easily added. And yes, most of the customer care agents have no idea about this.
 
Facing same issue with Yes Bank Mastercard credit card which is technically supported in Samsung Wallet/Samsung Pay but the verification code never comes. For other banks, at least they work in GPay so I can forget about Samsung Pay/Wallet for those banks

For me, the Mastercards couldn't be added even in gpay for the same issue.
