Is ACT Fibernet bill payment eligible for 5% cashback on SBI CashBack card

Hi,
Is ACT Fibernet internet bill payment eligible for 5% cashback on SBI Cashback card if i pay directly from act website?
Do we get 5% if we purchase amazon pay vouchers and pay using it.

2nd qstn : yes..buy amazon gift card..then pay from there..5% will be given as off

Im exactly looking for the same. I need to pay around 3500. I hold sbi cb card and airtel axis card as well. Does airtel axis gives 10% on this if i pay through within airtel thanks app?

But remember airtel card capped to 250 per month on utility payment so you won't get 10% for full 3500 amt.
