How many cards can a person hold from axis bank. Earlier it was maximum 3 cards now I heard person can hold 4 cards from axis bank. Is it true

Yes but you have to apply for the 4th card offline, visit the bank or through the agents

I have Axis Fk, Axis Neo. I applied for Axis airtel rupay from website, did video kyc and all 1 week back. Now in status: it is shown as "On Hold:. can not be processed as per bank credit's norms 🙂

I had a call with axis phone banking officer to upgrade my card, and he told me axis bank allows 3 cards max..

called them,. they told, bank policy so it is like decline.. detail reason they can only tell after 15 days 😛

wait for 15 days if there is no clear reason ask them again if not solve complaint againt them
