cc bill payment failed in mobikwik

Hi all,
cc bill payment failed in mobikwik when i tried to make payment with ICICI debit card. Mobikwik says amount has been reversed to same card and it takes 7-10 working days to reflect in my account. Any idea how long it will take to receive it?

The only worry is, it is not showing failed transaction in transaction history in mobikwik app. Got the failed transaction id when i texted to their twitter handle. How long Usually debit card reversal takes time?

Have stopped using Mobikwik long back but they are still spamming me with nonsense offers.
