Joining fees is not there in the 1st bill

Hi, I got my eterna upgrade 1 month ago. I requested for LTF card as my previous card was premier LTF. They asked for salary slip and told they couldn't give ltf eterna. I accepted this and got update. After the upgrade I applied for snapdeal credit card for better limit. Now after 1st bill I saw there was joining fees for snapdeal card but no fees is lavied for eterna. Is my eterna LTF or not. I have not received any call from eterna team.

Joining fees is charged in 3rd month bill. If it is Waived you will see mgs like this in the statement

I did not apply for LTF Eterna but customer care person who called to inform about card benefit had said that my card is LTF

Drop an email to BOB and take confirmation of LTF

@arnabkrmondal .. If you did any transactions after November 15th, could you mention respective websites/offline and credited reward points (3 per 100 or 1.5 per 100 etc.).? TIA

Did rent pay through PayTM no 5X points
Paid postpaid phone bill via amazon and got more than 5X points

All after Nov 15th

Yet to try wallet load on PayTM and and rent pay via Cred
