SBI Unipay payment successfull but not credited to CC

Yesterday, one person paid to axis CC and today bill payment amount credited.

In that case it would be wise to wait till the due date?

if I pay twice is there a way that I can get the over limit back?

I called axis customer care; they said 2 working day required to settle bill paid via 3rd party. Better to pay bills atleast 8 days in advance. Axis has recieved my payment today

Heyy, Can you please tell after how many days you received your refund? I also have same situation, amount got debited but transaction failed in SBI Unipay

Update on this guys: that 15000 got credited (the one from Unipay also). So now i have -15000 as my next bill 😀

No, for safe side pay before 3 bank working days from last due date. Dnt count any bank holidays, saturday or sunday.

No, that's not possible. You can ignore that failed message.

Can anyone please tell me what should I do about my issue.

3 days ago 3 of my trnx using kotak debit card on Unipay showed success after payment, but payment wasn't sent to my credit card.
Now one of them shows failed and 2 of them are no where to be seen in unipay history nor I ever received any kind of email or text intimation.

What to do now?
I am left with reference of only one trnx from unipay and remaining two only from kotak bank.

Is there any refund timeline?

they should get credited in 5-7 working days to credit card account or your source account

I did this one time. Stopped using the platform ever since. Move to jio finance platfrom.

Took over 45 days to get the money back after multiple followups with their support.

Can you please share how did you got ur refund back ? Mine is also stuck for more than a month now with no positive response from anyone

Hi all, good morning. Today I paid 2 bills one for my hdfc infinia for around 4000 and Tata Neu of around 17000. I got sms from hdfc immediately for the 4000 payment but not for the 17000. Ironically sbi Unipay site shows failed in transaction history for the 4000 payment but successful for the 17000 payment. Problem is that the Tata Neu is due today. I’m just worried and thinking whether to pay again or wait for this. Pls guide. Anyone had such experience before?

what happened to your 4000 and 17k payment?
did you get the refund or it was creited to cc after few days?
