Sanju has the potential but he has wasted it for a long time. It can be an after effect of RR captaincy which was given very early in his carrier.
He failed in ODIs completely, still hoping he'll continue his good form in t20 and win team India big matches.

50+ avg in 14 matches doesn't tell a batman's class.Anyway his counterparts scored 200s and still now unable to secure places in team while He failed in many important matches when given a chance.
