Yes, it's generally user - targeted offer. What I've observed is that if you stop spending on any AU cards for a month or two, you generally receive such an offer. This is AU's way of gently pushing inactive users to start spending.

Yes I tried that and had a an error after redemption, so left that process but anyway I have received my amazon ₹500 giftcard today
