IndusInd Gift Point worth 8000

In October, I have received some email for spend based offer on my IndusInd Exclusive debit card. That is spend ₹1 lakh+ and receive ₹4000 worth of rewards, which I don't know till today.

But today have received ₹8000 worth of rewards which includes Amazon GV for both my IndusInd Exclusive debit card (4k each for MC & Visa).

Have used cards for bill payment on unipay only.

Does this offer require any registration? Didnt get any email but found the link and seems to be active as of today
