Grabdeals 5X reward points on Vistara cards?

I want to purchase a phone from Flipkart. I have Axis Vistara Signature card and was thinking of shopping through grabdeals.

There it gives me 2 options, 5% cashback or 5X reward points. If i choose 5X reward points, will i get 5X CV points? If yes, is it better than 5% Cashback or should I go for 5% Cashback only?

5x is not applicable for co-branded cards. Even if you choose 5x, you will get 5% cashback + 1x rewards.
