OTP working now, but merchant name is coming as "Retail CC" which I'm not sure whether eligible for cashback or not

If you are using hdfc platinum then it's not eligible.

It is not a Huge Task to check Exclusion and Inclusion on Bank Website for a Particular DC.

New MCC of Setu is 5311 for CC Bill Payments, told many times 🤣
Just cross check if it is eligible or not as per the Product Features of the DC You are holding.

Not sure it's working or not. But as per HDFC Platinum Debit Card MCC codes, 5311 is NOT ELIGIBLE 😅😅
