Infinia Split Limit - How to merge?

I recently took a HDFC Pixel Play card via the Payzapp app. The card was pre-approved and was given basis existing Infinia which I have. Before taking the card, I checked with my RM (+their Credit Card person) and they mentioned that the limit will be shared between Infinia and Pixel Play.
While applying for Pixel Play it asked to set a limit which I thought was a sub-limit for the Pixel card. But after I set that limit and activated the card (all done online on Payzapp app), my primary Infinia limit reduced.

Previous Infinia limit = 13.xx
Pixel Play limit = 2
New Infinia limit = 11.xx

I called Infinia customer care but they have no idea about this. They keep on saying that HDFC only has shared limits and we don't know how it got split etc. I have written a mail to grievance id but no response.
Both cards are visible in Payzapp app but in HDFC and Mycards app only Infinia is visible.

I have 3 queries:

1. How to revert this and get back the original 13.xx limit on Infinia? I haven't used the Pixel Play card even once and not got the physical card yet (though I have set pin and enabled transactions on Payzapp). I am okay to close it also.
2. Does HDFC consider combined limits or specific card wise limits? (if in case it ever comes to upgrading Infinia!)
3. I heard that after limit split we don't get LE in HDFC. Is this true?

Can you please confirm if you had to close your pixel card to get the limit restored? Please explain what did you do. My limit is reduced by 50%. HDFC is not helping me.

I have milennia card, my limit was 5 lac before but now it is 2.5 lacs. Do you have any idea if I will get 5 lacs restored?

I am also getting regalia gold upgrade. But I am getting only first year free. Is it worth to upgrade as my milennia is lifetime free.

Yeah, its worth as i am spending more than 3 lakhs per quarter and got 1.5k ×2 vouchers plus 5k flight voucher

Don't know exactly, but my millennia was ltf and I had applied regalia gold through my RM and he told me that he will try to get it also ltf, but application with him declined and as I was also in communication with grievance and they agreed for regalia gold upgrade, they didn't mentioned any fyf or ltf,

I just provided the form and next day I was able to see card and then emails cards team to check if it's paid or ltf they confirmed its ltf

To pay HDFC credit card bill, which card do you use? I have HDFC platinum debit card so do we get reward points? I checked in payzapp under my cards, there is an option to pay through debit card.

To whom all did you mail to get the limit restored and how long did it take?

I'm stuck in same situation, I have not activated my pixel card though. HDFC Escalation team is throwing negative response.

Please guide to restore my limit.

Grievance team helped took almost 2 months but atlast solved
