Is it okay to pay CC bill of all family members from 1 debit card?

Yeah. While transferring from their account to urs mention "Bill payment" (will be easy to track in statements)
And if having spare time, note the real time trxns in a page or notes app.

I pay bill using SBI Unipay. They provide PDF file of transaction details.
My aim to ask this question was that, if it is safe to do pay all CC bills from 1 debit card in the eyes of IT Dept. and bank.

I think if your income is legitimate and you are not spending questionable amount then its fine
Not an expert, but been paying bills of family member for quite some time and never faced issue.
Until you're paying your taxes properly, transferring your money to any family member's (allowed) should be ok and you can pay taxes without any issues.
In case there is any enquiry you can proof source, that's all.
I pay my family's card's bill and they don't even file my ITR, no issues as the money was always deposited in my account by family and not cash.

The credit card spends of my parents are all legitimate. Just to get DC reward points I offered them to pay using my savings account.
So whenever the bill is generated they transfer bill amount to my account and I pay from it.
I dont find anything wrong. As u r paying for ur parents. Sometime it includes ur expenses too.
Bye the way in Indian tradition its ur duty too, to reduce the workload of ur parents.
