I paid icici credit card bill On 21 dec using hdfc platinum dc on sbi unipay but cashback not received till date.
Earlier I always got cashback within 3 days

Wait for few more days, as currently holiday season is going on. HDFC doesn't process rewards on Sundays and holidays

Millennia debit card gives 2.5% not 1%, but limit is only 400 whereas Platinum debit card gives 750 per month.

Correct, that's for HDFC billpay only.

For now, use sbi unipay with hdfc platinum. You will get 1% and you don't need to confirm this with bank.
