Neu card not linked to neu app

I got Neu+ card directly from HDFC, the card is not linked to my Neu app yet (despite sending multiple mails to Neu support). Anyone faced similar situation?

After changing mobile number of tata neu Plus credit card I can't able to make upi payment. But otp comes ,It has been 3 days since I changed my phone number, should I wait longer?
