Its 1 April. Which is best CC for NPS payment of 50k in Tier 1?

Choices with me:
AU LIT ( I could not find if the Jan 2024 NPS & Insurance offer is still running)
AMEX MRCC
SBI Cashback
Axis Flipkart
Indusland Legend
ICICI Amazon Pay
Tata Neu Infinity
HDFC Meliennia.

Yes today is April 1 and for NPS payment of 50k, best CC are the ones in which you have made spelling mistakes.

How to use sbi cashback card for NPS payment we don't get cashback for govt transactions right?

Btw, I came across sort of a loose point in SBI Govt payment exclusions.... there are many MCCs, but they have excluded only 2 MCCs.... so, if you know any portal/gateway that uses any other MCC (other than the excluded 2)...you can get points as well as milestone benefits on SBI Vistara.....

9399 is excluded by SBI, but 9402 is not - but this case was specific to PLI payment where 2 gateways use 2 different MCCs,

yes, its all depends on mcc. not only for sbi but for any bank.. if the transaction tagged as eligible mcc, you'll get points otherwise no points irrespective of purchase.

9399 is nps mcc, so confirmed in that sense.

You can use AMEX (counted towards milestone) or HDFC business cards (like Biz Black), which give reward points on Govt spends.
