Can any of these be used to purchase gold coin?

u cannot purchase gold coin/bar. But purchase gold chain with lowest making charges which in turn will have same gold weight that u want to buy in form of coin
(making charges will be waved off in schemes, there r 2 schemes check with jewellers and the scheme is approved by govt).

Somebody mentioned Amex gives good rewards. Amazon ICICI as usual gives 1%. If you buy AGV for discount and pay for Malabar then you can make profit

yes, i used amex mrcc to pay for my monthly grt scheme and got the normal 1x rewards. not a lot but yea, it is good.
also now that many mainstream banks are restricting rewards for jewellery; there are not a lot of very good cashback wise rewarding cards (if you ignore milestone cards).

last time i used indusind credit card to get unlimited 1% during offline purchase and for scheme payments used amex to get 1x rewards (and monthly milestone)

Lalitha doesn’t have Apay. But I used Axis Liberty debit card and got 5% upto 500 every month.

Thangamayil have Apay option.
Also someone here mentioned pothys too have Apay, not sure.

If you have basic cards then Amazon ICICI as 1% you get cashback.

Wrt jewellers both Kalyan Jewellers and Malabar jewellers are really good. I have also gone to Jos Alukkas its good but selection less. I dont have experience with others
