Note - I haven’t personally tried it or downloaded the app to check Wallet UPI has live or not. The full KYC upgrade option is available in the app. Check Wallet UPI is live for all users or not.

Earlier, Paulpay issue Free Virtual RuPay card but last time few months back, i heard Paulpay start charging Rs40 for Virtual RuPay card.

Singup process -

Download or Update Paulpay V2.0 app,

Complete your registration (i have total 8 paulpay account from different different mini kyc details)

After signup, go to “My Card”...

1% .. 4900 mcc utility

There is 1% loading charges and oly 10k limit of UPI transfer (In December I transfered more than 30k, but now reduced to 10k). Second, never try credit card bill pay from this app. Though it supports only BOB cc bill payment, but the fetched bill amount should not be more than 10k else the payment will not go trough as you can not edit he bill amount and can not pay more than 10k!!!!!! Over all useless app for rotaters and loaders!!!!!
