Another SBI Unipay Blunder

Hello guys

I paid my Swiggy HDFC credit card bill of 7000 using IDFC first Wealth Debit card on EBI Unipay portal.
I don't remember if I had logged in or not but the payment was successful and money got debited from my account.
I was making multiple credit card payments on the same day and I noticed that I did not get any SMS from HDFC to confirm this payment. So I paid again. This time I got an instant confirmation.
So I have 2 entries of 7000 in my IDFC account, 1 entry in my HDFC credit card app and 1 sucessful entry (there is no failed entry for this amount) in SBI Unipay history.
What can I do?
1. Contact HDFC CC - I cannot do this because I have only 1 reference number for payment
2. Contact SBI Unipay - what reference do I give them for the first payment attempt? There is no history of this payment on their website.
3. Contact IDFC - I can try to dispute the first transaction but they will ask me details of transaction and they will come to know that I was paying credit card bill. Which is against the terms I guess.

Please suggest!
 
Wait for at least 3 days and then contact IDFC. It seem the problem is with IDFC. Many people are having problem with IDFC debit card on unipay. Avoid using it if possible

Get transaction id from idfc and ask for the payment update for the transaction from SBI unipay

Wait for at least 3 days and then contact IDFC. It seem the problem is with IDFC. Many people are having problem with IDFC debit card on unipay. Avoid using it if possible
Don't think IDFC is at fault because transaction was successful on sbi unipay and i got sms from idfc for successful payment

Your post is misleading

Hdfc doesn't allow more than bill amount after Bbps

If it doesn't get credited to your card it will be refunded
 
My amount got deducted from savings account and credited to credit card account but sbi unipay transaction is showing failed

What I need to do now
Call HDFC and ask. Or else email them. That way you will have documentary proof that they have received your payment.

UPDATE:
I emailed SBI Unipay explaining the situation and quoting 2 reference numbers received from IDFC. But I did not get any reply from them, instead I got a refund back into my IDFC account without any communication from SBI

Same case with me, transaction failed but amount was deducuted from my bank, there is no history of transaction in SBI nippy. How long did it take for you to refund to your back account?

It normally takes about a week to get refund. Did you get yours so far?

on which email id did you send the mail?
 
It happened with my many times and payment would be refunded to your bank automatically. If you want you can drop an email to sbiunipay team at support.unipay at sbi.co.in or Just simply go to website then customer support then raise a complaint
