GOLD Purchase using SBI CC on Flipkart

Hi Folks,

I am planning to buy 10 Gm Gold on Flipkart using SBI CB card.

Will i be able to get 5% cashback for the same. I saw somewhere that jewelry purchase is not eligible for CB. these are MCC codes which are not eligible - 5051, 5094, 7631, 5944 for jewelry purchase.

I've made a couple of purchases in flipkart gold coins using the SBI cashback card, and I always receive cashback. Flipkart uses most purchases under the apparel MCC code.

Nope. In FK all products that are eligible for 5% CB is mentioned in product page.. If not mentioned, no CB.. Axis investigates all transactions before processing cashback...

Yes, it works with Axis Flipkart CC too, I have made transactions of over 3L in the past 4 months and always got 5% cashback. But as mentioned in the sub by others axis bank at any time may consider your purchases as business spend so be careful and try to spread the transactions
