HDFC Credit Cards Min Transaction Value for HDFC GVP 500 points?

Hi everyone. I have activated HDFC GVP on my Diners Black Metal and wanted to know the min international transaction value to get the welcome bonus of 500 points. Can you share your experience?

Is the cashback instant after few days or after statement is generated? I booked few train tickets, paid in euro but didn't get cashback or Milestone.
