I see the forums flooding with questions that have been answered already, that only customer care can take care of or questions so basic it would have taken a minute to look up in Google rather than making a new thread.

Honestly with several people getting magnus and new members joining forum there are just too many magnus threads, most of them repeats. I have started to scroll past 80% of magnus content now

Site say your number is not registered but I do get all axis Bank message on the same number. It's strange any solution?

Its not strange this is their routine service happened me after escalated they let me in ,now I'm unable to generate GIFT CARD CODE , again complained waiting for resolution , here are the phone and email address customer.care@thriwe.com ,18002087899 and press 3 (10am to 6pm Mon to Fri)
