ICICI Platinum to Coral Rupay

I have a 1.5 month old icici platinum cc with 2 lacs limit for which i just paid the 1st month's bill. Is there any way to convert it to Coral rupay lft?

I got an offer for the Coral as I have an ICICI Amazon Pay Card. Applied and got it. I linked it and I'm using it with Gpay. I then asked for an add on card for my wife and received the same. Card had a different number from the Primary. I tried linking the add on card to my wife's Gpay but I'm getting an error saying there is no card linked to her mobile number. I called customer care and they said that the add on card cannot be used on GPay. Anyone knows any work around for this? Or can I use the card on some other UPI app?
