Anyone able to see ICICI Credit Card Upgrade Option Last 1-2 days ?

Seems like ICICI has block the upgrade option. Can someone confirm if they are able to see it.

I have Sapphiro credit card.

Edit1: Please add the Card which you currently have and offer you are able to see.

The upgrade offers has been fixed now. it started working for me from today. kindly check now, seems like it was a backend issue for all.

if it was a backend issue, why my brother never had his upgrade issue? he was able to see upgrade options for emerlade pvc aswell. I couldn't. Now the option is actually totally gone for me.

I am holding Sapphiro and Apay (both LTF) with 10L limit.
The upgrade option was not working for me since last 1 week (ever since iShop was announced).
It was showing upgrade, but nothing worked when I clicked there.

But today when I checked, a new section is appearing instead of upgrade -
It is not coming as Upgrade, but, as "Pre-approved Rupay credit card with UPI".

it is showing these 3 options:
- Coral Rupay (NIL/NIL)
- HPCL Super Saver (500 + 500)
- Rubyx (3000 + 2000)

Similar to me; but upgrade option is simply gone. Nothing in its place. I already have coral rupay and sapphiro dual; maybe thats why.

Click again and it would say your card is currently not eligible for an upgrade.

I took sapphiro last year in May. So it’s been a while. Just adding data points

@Sobirvs I think it was more to do with revised eligibility for the upgrade. Me and my sister both were seeing the option to upgrade to EPC. But it was gone for me just before ishop launch.
I maintain minimal balance and card utilization is also low...while my sister has high balance and card utilization is also decent/regular.

Earlier I was pre-approved for the Sapphiro, Emerald plastic, but after the introduction of iShop all of these options are removed.

It is visible to me as well now, out of 3 options 2 are emeralde pvc(one is visa other is amex)

My Pre-approved Home Loan offers are back with a bang now

Hopefully credit card upgrade offers should be back soon

If you're a WM customer and holds a good amount in the account the upgrade offers will come sooner or later

Yeah Upgrade option was there earlier but since last two days it has gone as well.

Why are you throwing curve ball? I am also confused should I open a new wm/private account just for epm.

Anyway this time around if hdfc doesn't upgrade to biz black or infinia, I'll transfer my funds. Sadly my pincode isn't serviceable for idfc cc. So icici and au seems like only option.

If you're aiming for EPM then better open Private banking which should be the direct path for the card, negotiate for EPM before opening the Private banking with ICICI.

With WM it will take time to have the offer generated for EPM based upon your relationship with the bank, I previously had EPM offer on my WM account but it had gone all of the sudden since last month just before iShop launch.

I have been a long customer with ICICI Bank and holding a salary account with them since beginning, have Sapphiro LTF with 13.5 L of limit bcoz of that I think I had the EPM offer earlier.

I have now escalated this to PNO to get me EPM based on the previous offer I had till last month, let's see how it goes.

Yes I am leaning towards icici private as well. But bm isn't commiting epm. Waiting for fy end, for them to get desperate for funds.
