Since HDFC platinum Card is not giving any cashback i thought of closing savings max account.
But now I'm in classic banking tier.

In classic banking if I don't maintain required balance will there be any charges

For the past 2-3 weeks, I have been receiving countless messages asking where to use the HDFC Platinum debit card ?

So look, guys I have one good news and one bad news.

The bad news is that the HDFC Platinum debit card is almost useless now.

Actually, there are still some places where you can use it to get 1% rewards cashback.

For example, if you have an Airtel Payments Bank account, you can load money using the HDFC Platinum Visa Variant Debit Card and earn 1% cashback...

It will work as a zero balance + zero charges account.
Charges will be applicable after they downgrade it. You can use it freely till you are in classic banking, if they downgrade it you can close it then.

How many transactions were you able to do from one number before you got the error?

Now the 3rd number also got blocked with the same error. This is after just 3 successful transactions. The issue triggered after the latest transaction errored out due to an issue at the payment gateway (When using IDFC cards, it seem to error out a lot), and then while the transaction was pending, I tried to re-try the transaction, and that's when I started getting the error.

This is getting ridiculous, clearly a bug with the site.

Me too waiting since 09 feb 25, already 11-12 days passed, last time got credited in 3-4 days
