Looking for Mattress Recommendation - Query

Hey everyone, I’m planning to buy a king-size (78x72) 6-inch mattress and currently leaning towards The Sleep Company’s Smart Grid Ortho Pro.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

Firmness (8/10) – Tried medium-firm options like Sleepycat Original and Wakefit Ortho, but didn’t like the softness when sitting.
Airflow – Memory foam retains heat (felt it with Springwell Gloria Elite), so I prefer something cooler. I tried a couple of latex one's but mostly are costly(above 30k)
Edge Support – A strong edge with piping so that there's support incase we sit on edge or turn towards edge of the Mattress

I also checked out Wakefit Duo Plus (budget-friendly but lacks edge support) and Springwell Gloria (firmer due to bonded foam but didn’t like the overall feel).
Also tried Sleepwell Durafirm Classic(too stiff), and Durafirm Premium(this one also I liked).

Would love to hear from anyone who has actually used The Sleep Company’s Smart Grid Ortho Pro. Specially review after 1 year ussage. Amazon link: https://amzn.in/d/g0Mxg4y

For me, Its currently between(in decreasing cost):
Sleep Company Smart grid Ortho Pro (around 27k)
Sleepwell Durafirm Premium(around 24.5k)
Springwell Gloria (around 23k)
Wakefit Duo Plus (around 16k)
Anyone is welcome to share their experience too 🙂

Edit: I have tried all of these in stores and writing this post after experiencing the real feel of mattress.

I would recommend Wakefit orthopaedic mattress. I have been using it since last almost 6 years. Bought one in 2019 for self. It was really good. After that. bought 5 more in different times from 2019 to 2022 for all family members.
All have been excellent. I haven't tried other brands. I think now they have renamed or rebranded it and there are 2 orthopeadic mattresses versions.

(The one I bought is Wake-Fit Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress) - which is now renamed as: ShapeSense Orthopedic Classic Memory Foam Mattress
This is more premium: ShapeSense Orthopedic Plus Luxury Mattress

You can search the forum, there was another thread/status asking about mattress recommendation where you could find more suggestions.

I would suggest go to any nearby shop which has multiple brands and types of mattress any try personally and check which one feels good for you. Why I am suggesting is it depends on individuals comfort. Once you like a particular model you try to check online for the same

Yeah I tried shapeSense in one of the wakefit centers.. found it to be on the softer side.. you can checkout their duo plus as well if you plan to buy in future.

I'm using this - https://amzn.in/d/guefwOp for last 2 years. Highly recommended. Maintains shape too and doesn't get warm.

I had springwell earlier, that lasted about 4 years only, bad experience. But it was a spring based matress and caved in.

6 months ago I bought FloMatress Anti Gravity version and it is awesome and reasonable. Its holding good so far.

Surprisingly you have not shortlisted Duroflex....I had back problem and tried most of the options, shortlisted by you....Finally bought duroflex ortho...It is bit costly but better than spending money on medicines and doctors.

Iss jamane mein koi chiz "aachi" nai milti...they make fool of you by clever marketing tactics and influencers are just there to make money... nothing else.... it's like iske pehle ppl never used to sleep on mattress and everyone had severe back issues....sab marketing gimmick hai...kuch log samaj jate hai and they never fall for this...kuch log der se samajte hai...

It's like apple.... they'll make such great marketing materials that you'll feel that I should buy it even if I don't need it.
