I got the link to redeem from hdfc and applied on it but yet to receive the actual voucher

The offer was shown on my NetBanking but I've not received any mail. I have spent as per the terms but not received the voucher. How can I contact customer care for this? They will ask proof? I didn't take any screenshot of the offer from my NetBanking.

I got the link via sms to redeem the vouchers and again hdfc has tied up with some website which is bonkers. There is a 'next' button on the website when you are trying to select vouchers of your choice, is anyone able to click on the next button and see different choices for vouchers?

I raised a complaint yesterday by calling HDFC customer care. They have quoted 5 days for processing.

I got a Rs. 750 voucher over WhatsApp message from a business called "Corporate Konnexions" Assuming this is for HDFC offer only as there is no detail in the message.

I called 18001600 and they asked me to call smartbuy customer care and then I called them. They said it is a HDFC Bank offer and you should contact them. Again I called the same hdfc customer care and they given one more toll free number and mail ID. Toll free number is not working. Dropped mail and waiting.

I called 18002600. I didn't mention Smartbuy etc. just mentioned that I got a spend-based offer and didn't get the reward. He asked for all other details like spend amount, reward amount, posting date etc.
