Can I apply for Axis Olympus Credit Card ?

hello there,
I want to know that can I apply axis olympus credit card ? As I am holding axis magnus burgundy credit card currently.

With ICICI ishop olympus does not look that attractive..atlas is also cheaper alternative
On top of that we all know devaluations will be around corner

Are those two even remotely comparable?
One is a rewards shopping portal while other is a credit card.
Obviously a new portal has to offer attractive rewards before the rug is pulled.

Looks like my Axis Account got freezed at the worst time. It seems that you cannot use the pre-approved Apply Now button if your account has been put into Debit freeze.

My Axis account also got frozen yesterday

Seems like this unstable Bank doesn't like frequent transactions

I don't think the rug will be pulled because they need to compete with HDFC Smartbuy 16.5%/33% return and Axis Traveledge 24% return

There is not even a listing of the Olympus credit card on the Axis Bank credit card website. Axis Bank seems to have removed it long ago. Will it be launched for new applications (for those who did not have the Citi Prestige card) at all?

No one seems to have correct information on when it will be available for axis customers.
Lets wait for some time

If it is not available by 31st March for the general public, then I don't think it will ever be available.
Because it is not profitable for Axis

Spoke to my RM today and he said as income from cards have taken a big hit, some announcements are likely in March or early April. Olympus could be released for all but could be tied to some requirements like burgundy for Magnus. Apparently the bank is very happy with the response for burgundy Magnus with many customers bringing large balances and portfolios over to Axis.

Is Horizon credit card available for the public?

Yes. Horizon credit card is available for applying for the general public. Even the earlier Indian Oil credit card from Citi Bank, now called Axis Premium IOCL credit card is available for applying for the public. Out of all the earlier Citi Bank credit cards, only Axis Olympus is not available for applying.

Agreed. For CITI migrated customers, now the spend based waiver for this card has been increased to 1 lac (under CITI it used to be 30k) and charge of 1k+GST is not at all justified.

How does Axis Travel edge give 24% return? On which Axis card?

Magnus burgundy card 5x points upto 2 lac spend per month.
30000 points per lakh spend converted at 5:4 ratio is 24% return if you consider the points of the partner are worth one rupee

Axis burgundy private is avaliable for public? No right? Is it shown in credit card section ? No right ? Similarly Olympus is avaliable but not for public. In order to get it have burgundy private account and Olympus will be issued from burgundy private rm.

My Burgundy RM is ready to get me Burgundy Private card (Paid, of course) and @Eye of Ajay also had one without Private status if I'm not mistaken. I am not sure about the status of Olympus issuance though (got Olympus as a replacement for now dead Prestige).
