I did not receive cashback in kotak 811 super account for the transaction done in January month on SBI unipay. I fullfilled all criteria. Done a credit transaction of 5k first. Then paid a cc bill of 11k. WIll I receive cashback or not

I also Not received cashback for January month. I have also done payment through SBI unipay. What to do ??

Only normal shopping offline and online transaction upto 10K. All other categorise are restricted now by kotak.

I requested a callback today, executive said even though condition of not giving cashback on utility (which was sbi unipay category ) was added on February, still the january transactions will not get cashback as system cashback calculation happened in February after exclusions kicked off which is stupid and fraud logic.
So i sent mail to

Everyone please do the same. It will generate hundreds of service request.
Then you can directly call nodal officer and pno office via below numbers

Tell them the service request number received in email and ask them to give cashback or you will complaint to RBI.
If few hundred of our members will do this activity then definitely something good will happen.
