My account got freeze due to debit and credit transaction (excessively)
Were google pay merchants is the real culprit who settled the transaction instantly while it set “daily settlement” option

Branch employees say it is block by npci and only they can unblock and don’t thinking they are paying attention to this

Yes they are the culprits because when I opened the account last year they told me not to take merchant payment in icici Savings account otherwise it will be freezed by the system

Self qr were debit were around 20 per day and credit were around 50 per day but credit were from google pay not p2p

You need a current account for such a high number of transactions, not savings.

Try reaching out to the BM, give your complaint in writing, and take acknowledgment with a stamp, sign, and date.

Only the Bank can help you with this.
