Upgrade criteria mentioned was applicable till sept 2024, from 1st Oct it's changed. I doubt it they haven't read the new circular.

I met the earlier criteria but didn't know about it, Did anyone post on the forum? now the increased limit of 1cr will take some effort.

Isnt it better to get it via the spends route rather than parking 1cr?
