Then it has to be considered. No need to write mails at present. If you see any charges in next statement then complaint to PNO. Charges should be reversed along with GST, if not then complaint to RBIO.Its for billed purchases

The point I tried to convey is - Sometimes, bank takes more than one day to adjust the payment in the card account (while maintaining the date of credit). It may well be possible that when I paid one day in advance the same has not been adjusted at the time of eNACH execution. In that case isn't it likely that eNACH will process the entire amount again?
I always pay my TAD on due date using Cred. So unfortunately eNach cannot work as a fallback option for me 🙁Valid concern. Yes, there is a possibility of eNACH processing the full due in certain situations.
I don't use eNACH regularly. I keep it as a backup. So, no idea how each bank processes a payment done one day prior to due date. Even within the same bank (for example Axis that is known to process the payment almost immediately even before BBPS), due to technical reasons, a bank could delay the settlement resulting in eNACH being triggered for the entire amount.
In situations like OP who made the partial payment two days after the bill generation, there was plenty of time (more than 10 days) for settlement. If he/she had used eNACH, it could have triggered correctly for the pending amount.
Hi,I am not sure if I have calculated the time difference correctly, but you have crossed 3 day grace period after the 20d time to pay your dues(Statement: 22nd, Due date: 11th. Grace period of 3 days takes you to 14th). So you have been charged. And in that way, your Honor, it makes perfect sense.
I believe no. As idealy no charges and no reporting will be made if you pay the entire amount with in 3 days grace period. In your case it should be 7 +three days, i.e. till 10th of the month. Experienced members may further complement it.Hi,
