Experience applying for BizBlack floater after mailing grievance redressal

So I had mailed grievance redressal and they contacted me via a sales manager. I have provided them with the 3 documents. 1 cc form blue in colour, 1 floater form, and 1 choice of card form.

I had a few questions about the process:
What did you need to provide?
What is the usual timeline for the application?
Chances of declining the application with probable reasons.

I have infinia with a limit of 10 lakhs and good ITR which I had mailed to the grievance team. However I had received the infinia around 1 week earlier.

cause of infinia issued recently hdfc probably won't issue bizblack via floater nor new application wait for 90days and apply via same method. Just ask sale person they might give to you separately on the basis on ITR only.

It looked pretty much like this however there were conditions given

1. I am aware I will not be eligible for add on cards.
2. I am aware the that the application will be rejected if I have taken limit enhancement facility
3. I am aware that the limit will initially be of 5000 and be changed within 7 days.

These are all I remember as the most important ones.

3rd point is in the attached form, not 1 or 2
