Was the card issued for anyone who applied this month? My application was completed on March 1, but the sanction stage is still shown as In Progress with the last update on March 4th.

wow, somehow I posted the last update and now I have another:

1. Card approved("Your application has been approved and your card number has been generated."), dispatch pending
2. Offered limit was reduced and matched to the limit of the existing cards that I hold. (ehh, its ICICI, LE will happen eventually)

I applied on 5th & today it got approved.(Rubyx)

I apply on March 1st, Sapphiro, still waiting. Yesterday afternoon I got an SMS saying that my Cibil report was checked. There was no check at the time of application.

On the portal, it shows sanction in progress, with the last updated date as March 4.

The agent took all the details but the SMS's I received only had OTP's to verify the email and Mobile number. After that CIBIL was also fetched. but I didn't get any SMS with application number.

May be after fetching CIBIL score I was found ineligible, and agent ended the call on the pretext that she will call me again after filling the form.

I contacted ICICI call centre, email support and twitter support and all of them were unable to help. e-mail customer care sent a one line reply that we are unable to trace your application.

However, today I tried logging on the link provided earlier in this thread,

And here I could see that my application was captured



Will try contacting ICICI loans department with the Application number mentioned here.

Maybe request a call back through the campaign website, it looks like the agent never marked the application as complete for whatever reason.

I hope you completed the required tasks ie accepting the application etc.

i did once again apply via the link....got the call from the rep...he said to withdraw/cancel the previous application....he said he's unable to proceed with my application since it in progress....no one has any clue what has happened to my application...

Tried the same to apple once again via the link, got call back from representative told him that my application previous is in progress from 28-feb with reference no. He checked the application status and told that he is unable to get the status. the application no. is not showing to him and asked whether i had completed all document uploaded and other formalities , which has completed i told. he had no clue what had happened but he told application no. is valid hopefully and to wait . Mine is pending application status progress

This whole application process under this campaign seems to be a mess. Seemingly It is being handled by ICICI Loans department and not the regular Credit Card sales team.
Customer care agents do not have any idea of this application and campaign.
