I guess for those who did not get the notification and did the transaction, they will come to know only after 31st March if the offer is given.
Another thing, the offer is cashback, so may be applicable only for cards that give cashback and not ER. Axis has not specifically mentioned when the cb will be posted as well.

It's not like that. It looks like universal Axis cards' offer. My dad is having neo and myzone and got the mail first, I have airtel, ace, neo and received the mail yesterday. My mom is having neo and myzone and hasn't received any mail
