Gpay and axis scam

TF Neo
So @GooglePayIndia and @axisbank is doing such a big fraud. First they advertise ace credit card with cashback on utility bill. Once you buy the cc then they remove the option completely to even pay through credit card. Also a annually paid card, will impact my CIBIL if I close as there is no point of this cc without gpay use.

These are white collar scammers.

Complain to RBI Ombudsman. This is ridiculous

I closed my FYF Axis Airtel CC within 10 months (before renewal fee is applied). Hardly had an impact. Still, hovering over 790+ (with 5 CCs and no other loans). All 5 CCs were procured in the past 18 months. I've been using CCs for over a decade, though. Those old CCs are closed now. YMMV, though.

Did you raise it with Axis? Also put it on X tagging both of them.

Nobody knows the real answer.

Mostly based on experience and from other TF users, old accounts closed will impact your cibil. But not by a lot to fret over.

At the same time , if you use score prediction tools for cibil and input closing your old card, most likely it'll show that your score won't move at all
thanks for the input. I am thinking to close Ace but waiting for the cashback for an offline purchase (store offer in which cashback comes after 90 days) made in May 2024.

Gpay has removed payment through ACE credit card for electricity only. You can still do recharge and post paid bill through it. (With convenience fee)
Already raised this issue with AXIS. They told me to raise this issue with GPAY. Gpay told me raise this issue with axis. 😂
They are playing ping pong with customers.
White collar scammers

2 Qns..

Qn 1) Why did you tag googlepay india and axis Bank on a TF post?

Qn 2) Is Axis Bank india on TF community ?? Should I laugh or be surprised? The tag directs to some account it seems..

It won't have any impact on your CIBIL unless it is your oldest account. And this is not X (Twitter) 😀

I am still unable to pay electricity bill in Gpay with my Ace, If they don't enable Electricity bill payment with Ace before severe summer heat begins, There's no use of this card for me.
Electricity bill is the highest utility bill for me, And they disabled it after adding convience fee for every utility bill. Shame on axis and gpay
