I tried converting the Kotak Myntra RuPay LTF - strictly denied by customer care!

I even requested an annual fee reversal (as I didn't meet the spend criteria) - denied.

Tried for a card upgrade - guess what? Denied.

Customer care denies everything, retention team r the one who do favours

Isn't that just 1% reward rate which you are already getting from airtel axis as direct cashback. It would have been better if axis had given rewards card as ltf instead of privilege. It atleast gives 3% on apparel and departmental stores and 30% off on Swiggy.

and that's the reason Axis dint give rewards card as LTF! 😛

Call cs and place close request. While giving request, tell them u want call from retention team

It isn't worthy card of 1500 fees. Its just for the sake of LTF status and 10% off during sales.

With Axis Instant 1000 off(Most of the time I am seeing this offer nowadays) + 5% FK Axis(Unlimited) + 5% Grab Deals(Max 1000)

There are two asterisks after it says.... Vouchers worth 2500, and If I scroll down to the bottom of the screen it explains that benefits are not available...

I just noticed a new option added on the app ( atleast I am seeing this for the first time) for FD based credit cards, Curious to know what cards are they offering, I cannot access the section as it says I already have a card

Okay... I have 3 cards. Airtel (paid), Neo(LTF) and myzone(LTF)

1. Called Axis to cancel myzone, took 2500 Edge points retention.
2. Called Axis again to close Neo, denied 1250 Edge points.
3. Applied for Privilege LTF from APP, didnt get any approval message.

Waiting waiting !
