This is a temporary error..... faced the same in other card......maybe because they changed the gateway players (GEP), so new system still having some bugs.
Tr after sometime, it should be sorted.
Woh aaj se nahi saalo pahele se hai, year 2020 se.

Bade he gande lag rahe hai. Inka logo to koi hospital ka logo jaisa lag raha.
Still getting the same error!! Any solution for this?
Until I will get this dc, no-one will be able to redeem benefits.

Jan-Mar quarter about to end, this card not working. And bebefit for this quarter not availed till now. It's considering dc as cc.

PSU banks issue cards even before they go live. 🤣🤣
This happened with Canara Bank too, where the new BIN card wasn't working online.
There was a similar issue with BOB EMT as well.
And now, SBI New BIN Card series is facing the same issue.
File a complaint with SBI at a higher level or submit a written complaint at the branch.
@MrWick I dont remember i was doing this for BOB or SBI DC, but was doing during the night...... i checked again after 2 days (perhaps) during daytime and it worked fine.....
I'm not sure - maybe the case that they are yet to add/map the Nari Shakti bin to the gateway!
I guess @Ak Singh is right, can complaint at twitter/cust care...so that atleast they get it resolved before 30th march
Just now, someone on WhatsApp is telling me that he is facing the same issue with his SBI Wealth RuPay Select debit card.
E-com transactions are not working, by the way he haven’t used the card for the past 2 months. 🤣🤣
Every month, I come across maybe 0.001% of people whose SBI debit cards don’t work for e-com transactions.
I think this happens when the bank server is down or when people try to activate their cards late at night.
