This card is designed for women who break barriers and redefine limit.
So eligibility criteria
1) should be woman
2) should be able to break barriers
3) should redefine limit.
So I guess each branch would be now equipped with tests to check ability to break barriers, and check their limits (mental? Physical? Credit card limit?)
Now the only thing to understand is what all barriers and limits they'll check.
Agla din ka visual from a local branch
Stree: 'Sir, mujhe ek nari shakti debit card chahiye'
Officer: 'Thik hai deewar thodne keliye ready hojaao'.
Stree:'Sir, mujhse na hopayega'.
Officer:' Are Stree Kal Aana'.
After deciding the eligibility criteria, SBI would be like - "It's all in the fine details 😏😏"

Or can directly apply with any account type?
Yeah, regular atm/debit form. And write DC code at top with full form. They will understood
Thanks @MrWick....., hope the charges are for normal savingsa ccount...and we get the discounted/waived fees for certain accounts (salary ones) as per specific account's schedule of charges?

Yes but this DC BIN is NEW. So im not sure this NEW BIN is added on RuPay friday offer or not but after complaint RuPay team will update the BIN.
Will it be chargeable for CGSP Platinum?
Secondary(CGSP) Account Holder is female will they issue the card to her?
Only Primary Holder has DC.
