Hey there,

I am new here. Someone told me to approach this platform as you guys are very helpful in resolving matters, so here I am...

I recently registered 2 grievances on the consumerhelpline from my mother's account against Lenskart's but strangely the website now shows there is no record of both her docket's numbers. Plus we are unable to login with her id as they are showing her number and email id are not registered whereas I have proof on email that they are.

I have registered two different complaints against Lenskart cause our issue is not being handled properly by them and on 21st March the issue was escalated by the portal executives. Both complaints were sent for convergence last but after that we are not able to her access account or the complaints. The sudden disappearance of my mother's account on the National Consumer Helpline portal is concerning. I want to know if there is way to resolve this. I have emailed them but they sent a generic reply back saying to register grievance on their website or via call or app.

Can someone let me know if I can register a complaint on her behalf from my account. If yes, is there any process I need to be aware about? I have uncovered some pretty big issues with Lenskart while dealing with my mothers issue and have been constantly hitting a wall with them. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You should be able to do that I don't see any concern with that.
Additionally I am not sure if Ingram and consumer helpline are the same. If they are not, file a docket on Ingram, it has worked well several times for me in the past. Pull up lenskart on social media and keep doing it daily. Tag some newspapers and competitors while posting too. Both these together should help you get the attention and resolution you need.

hey thanks for the support you showed here... Ingram and consumer helpline are the same... i am trying to be as strategic as possible... getting all my paper trail in order... they are running a scam with selling people cheap frames at a premium price that will for sure break and then they get you stuck in the replacement/exchange program where you have to pay higher... if you type #lenskart on x you will find exactly the same issue raised by a lot of people... plus their claim of free progressive lenses is misleading advertisement... i fought with them over 16 days to get my mom a resolution and we even visited 7 stores tried over 100 specs but nothing fits her for progressive lenses... they even admitted on email that the frames they sold my mom were unfit for progressive... during the whole process we constantly warned them saying this is affecting her health and they ignored it and then last week she suffered a heart attack... i really want to hold them accountable... almost every wall i hit against these guys makes me wonder if they are misusing their power and influence in this whole situation... I even had an ex-employee tell me their internal workings as well... it's a lot... i am seeking the best legal help in this situation without it affecting my mom's health any further...
