Same issue here. Post IDFC system upgrade, redeemable points are different than total points. Also, not able to view the point's accumulated for each transaction i.e. account activity. Anybody able to find points activity per transaction in the new system??

Seems like IDFC new rewards system would take some getting used to.
Wasn't able to find a redeem option as well as rewards per transaction

Tried paying axis & ICICI CC - it went though, but PhonePe is blocking HDFC and SBI CC bill payments - any other workaround..

Also any workaround for Amex payment with IDFC firstap or any other DC?

i guess amex allows to pay via rupay debit cards on their portal

IDFC Firstap RuPay debit card give reward points on phonepe app cc bill payment and no extra charges. Read the post bro.

HDFC CC and SBI CC also supported on phonepe app.

Yes, sometimes transaction declined by phonepe, you can try after sometime.

Also use freecharge app using firstap RuPay DC, no extra charges on RuPay.

@Abhishek012 Bhai just opened IDFC Savings account (10k AMB) . What are the next steps now for Debit card? It was mentioned that they will send debit card to my address. Is that the one or do I need to perform any other steps?
