Unfair Charges on ICICI Coral RuPay Add-On Card – Need Clarification

I applied for an add-on ICICI Coral RuPay card last year by visiting the branch. At that time, the bank staff assured me that the add-on card is lifetime free with no charges. However, in my latest statement, I noticed that fees have been applied to both add-on cards.

What if the bank doesn’t agree that they informed me it was lifetime free? Unfortunately, I don’t have any email or call recordings since I trusted what the bank staff said.

How should I proceed to get these charges reversed? If the bank does not resolve this. what would be the best way to escalate the matter?

I was also charged for two cards, however I politely requested them to remove the charges as I was cancelling the add-on cards, they reversed.

Fees yes. It's there.
But they are not even ready to give add-on for co-branded cards like Times Black.

199 + 35.82 charged on each addon card (Sapphiro MC and Amex). Requested for reversal which was denied. Asked for cancellation and reversal of MC. Kept the Amex due to swiggy offer. While the lady on the call was helpful her tone was very rude.
